State of the Blog I

Here’s the latest:

  • Speak Softly: Vicki takes us into her perverse subconscious and reveals that, having sold her supply of girlscout cookies, she has nightmares of yet more cookies.
  • Lots o’ Thoughts: Sam reports on Obama’s release of tax returns and includes a (priceless) photograph of Obama and Clinton.
  • C.E. Conversations: Ralph discusses accountability in blogging and politics. In the process, he references my comment on his blog, which commented on his reference to my blog. I’ve now commented on his blog and blogged on his comment, so the ball’s in Ralph’s court again.
  • Driving Too Fast…: Military guru Matt takes us in depth with the details of how the surge has failed.
  • I’m Just Sayin’: Michael shares an Easter story that further confuses me on the egg-related traditions of the holiday.
  • Between Worlds and Law Law Stud: On one of his blogs, Bruce takes us into Taiwanese politics and explains why China is going to be happy with Ma Ying-jeou win of the presidential election. On his other, he shares with us his entry for law school commencement speech (which unfortunately wasn’t selected). If it’s any consolation, his speech would’ve been much better than the commencement speech for my class, which sucked.
  • Pajama Journal: For those who are not quick to offend, celebrate racial diversity with the PJ’s comic comparison of relationship experiences by race.

As far as things going on here at overbreadth, I’ve been thinking about writing: (1) an editorial on the problem with geographic representation; (2) a piece on the overbreadth doctrine (featuring venn diagrams!); and (3) an open-letter to Hillary Clinton supporters.
