Muggle McCain adviser warns of upcoming wizard war!
Muggles Beware! McCain pastor and spiritual adviser, John Hagee, warns us of the coming darkness! (h/t Bruce Wilson):
“America has become a pagan society, and we are in a moral, emotional, spiritual free fall. When a school teacher cannot refer to the Ten Commandments on the wall but can command your child to read Harry Potter, which is nothing but a precursor of witchcraft, we’re going in the wrong direction here. This is not intelligence! We are embracing the era of darkness!”
Turn away from the darkness! Return to the light! Come back America, before it’s too late!
We should be thankful John McCain has the foresight to actively seek the endorsement and counsel of people like Pastor Hagee. That way, when America takes a step in the “wrong direction,” Pastor Hagee can let him know to take action. It’s one of the positive lessons McCain can take away from his relationship with a certain former president (He Who Must Not Be Named).
In this instance, Pastor Hagee warns us to unite against an obscure piece of legislation recently passed by leftwing latte-drinking commies, something called “the First Amendment.” Giving the drafters the benefit of the doubt, they were most likely trying to prevent some form of Islam from being taught in America, but their careless language has led some lawmakers to interpret the term “Religion” so broadly as to include even Christianity. I’m not making this up. This is real.
What’s worse, due to a legal loophole, school teachers are able to assign readings to students from works like “Harry Potter,” under the convoluted theory that it isn’t Satan worship, but is instead, fantasy fiction. If that’s true, then please explain this picture of Harry Potter and a sexual succubus, taken from my fantasies about what should have happened in the last book.
Thank you, John McCain, for actively seeking the counsel of such a truth seer as Pastor Hagee. And thank you mass media for piercing through distraction-issues like war, torture, the economy, healthcare, and the environment, and showing us that the real issue are the pastors.

They were drinking English Ale and not lattes. I think that might tick Hagee off even more.
Hagee is one crazy dude, too bad he the media “thinks” Wright is even more crazier…. if only they could peirce the veil of ratings.

I admit that this is one of those times when I wonder about the double standard of coverage.
Is it racism? Were Hagee black and saying that homosexuals caused Katrina, would it be a scandal instead of a shrug?
Is it partisans? Do we just assume Republicans will enlist the help of hate-speech tossing dingbats who call Catholics “Godless”?
Or is it just that the media needs a YouTube video to do their thinking for them?
Anyone want to compile some of Hagee’s greatest hits along with his ‘Fresh Air’ appearance?
