A Dream Come True

Around 9pm PST, Tim Russert spoke the words that will be resonating throughout the press and the Democratic Party until they are realized. Later denigrated as a “prediction,” I think one quality of the nature of predictions bears noting:

When everyone hears and believes in them, they become true.

“And no one is going to dispute it…”

Drudge is running this as his headline, but even though this blog is only one tributary of the Web compared to the mighty river of “DR,” I feel it behooves me to spread the word however I can in the hopes of making this dream come true.

Interestingly enough, I had a dream last night that I was working with George Stephanopoulos - at my work and not his, unfortunately. George and I got along and did what we could to promote each others’ career advancement. What I read into this is an omen that at least inwardly, even hard-bitten trench pundits like myself are ready to set aside the bitterness of the past and unify for victory.

I have no idea what the Cyborg party he took me too meant, however.
